Initiatives for Women in the Workplace
We want everyone in our company to work in comfort and confidence over the long term. Therefore we are improving the work environment to facilitate understanding and usage of our benefit plans. At the same time we have linked the job descriptions and the training program to help people define career paths at the early stage. We believe this will inspire and increase experiences of younger generations before they face difficulties of lifestyle change.
The ratio of female managers increased up to 36.8%, exceeding the target of 35% (as of February 2017).
