Initiatives for Women in the Workplace
We want everyone in our company to work in comfort and confidence over the long term. Therefore we are improving the work environment to facilitate understanding and usage of our benefit plans. At the same time we have linked the job descriptions and the training program to help people define career paths at the early stage. We believe this will inspire and increase experiences of younger generations.
The proportion of women in managerial positions is 36.7%, exceeding the target of 35% (as of February 2018).
