Better Working Conditions

In 2016, Ryohin Keikaku started the following HR systems to support employees' work-life balance:
- Back-pass system offers the right of re-employment to those who leave the company for personal reasons (for family care, to accompany the job transfer of the spouse or partner, etc.) but wish to return in the future.
- Comeback hiring system allows the former employee to restart the career at the same job level he or she had before leaving.
- Reduced working hours for child care may be applied until the child ends the fourth year of elementary school, instead of the first year.
