Announcement: Organization and Personnel Changes
Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. announced the following changes in the organization and the executives to take effect on February 1, 2019.
1. Organization Change
(1) New sales and marketing structure
- Businesses outside Japan will be reorganized to Overseas Business Group, China Business Group, and India Business Group, each headed by a director. The Overseas Business Group will be divided into 7 businesses by area, each headed by an executive officer.

Sales and Marketing Group will be newly established for Japan business. It will consist of 5 divisions (see below) and Large Store Sales Division.

- Store Sales Division, Sales Channel Development Division
- Production and Sourcing, Product Assortment Planning & Development, and Household Designing will be newly established. They should contribute to developing more products that meet the ideas and demands arising from daily living and stores.
