We will use applicant's personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes:
- For applicant's selection processes
- For evaluating the appropriateness of applicants
- For sharing information on employment with us to applicants
- For necessary communications with applicants
- For analyzing employment activity histories
- For improving events related to employment activities
5. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Except for when based in laws, we will not share applicant's personal data with Third Parties without the applicant's prior consent.
6. Process for Responding to Disclosure Requests.
In regards to an applicant's personal data that we have retained, when we receive a request from the individual or their representative for the disclosure, revision, erasure or addition, suspension of use or deletion, or other handling of their personal data that we have retained (hereafter, disclosure), per law we shall respond appropriately within the proper scope.
In the event disclosure is requested, please contact the Employment and Education Section of our Personnel Development Department (Email.: saiyou@muji.co.jp). There, the necessary documents and processing fees shall be explained.

We are implementing the following policies for the proper handling of applicant's personal data.

We are maintaining regulations for the exact handling of personal data from collection to destruction.

We are formulating a personal data management system and maintaining internal regulations.
Human Safety Management Measures
We are implementing regular training and development for our employees for personal data.
Logistical Safety Management Measures
We are implementing theft and loss prevention measures for all handled personal data that comes in and out of our management, and restrictions on the machines used.
Technical Safety Management Measures
In our handling of personal data, we put limits on the manager scope and set appropriate personal data handling access restrictions for all handled data.
Understanding the Overseas Environment
In the event that personal data is retained in foreign countries, we implement appropriate measures in accordance with an understanding of the relevant personal data systems in those countries.
