For responding to inquiries and requests from business partners

We will use our business partner's specific personal data (including your personal I.D. number or personal data that includes it) within the necessary scope to achieve the following purposes:

Administration for including personal I.D. numbers to documents in line with the above
Administration for any part of the above

Except for when based in law, we will not share our business partner's personal data with Third Parties without their prior consent.

In regards to business partner's personal data that we have retained (personal data are subject to disclosure requests per the Act on the Protection of Personal Information), when we receive a request from the individual or their representative for the disclosure, revision, erasure or addition, suspension of use or deletion, or other handling of their personal data that we have retained (hereafter, disclosure), per law we shall respond appropriately within the proper scope.
